Auto Insurance Discounters Offices Reopening

All three of Auto Insurance Discounters’ Kansas City-area offices are open to the public once again.

We are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for everyone, so please be aware of the following protocols.

1. We have limited the number of chairs in our lobbies. Please consider waiting outside of the office or in your vehicle if the lobby is full.
2. We are allowing only one customer per agent desk
3. We have plexiglass shields between each agent desk station.
4. Please do not come into our offices if you have any of the following symptoms:
   • Fever
   • Cough
   • Shortness of Breath

As a reminder, we are available by phone and online for all your insurance needs as well.
