\"HillcrestBack to School time is upon us. But while kids across the Kansas City area are already back in the classroom, some of them don’t have a place to call home.<\/p>\n

The average age of a homeless person in Missouri is just 7 years old, but there is hope. Organizations like Hillcrest Transitional Housing<\/a> are working to give homeless families the skills they need to succeed — while providing them a roof over their heads.<\/p>\n

But Hillcrest Transitional Housing can’t carry out their mission alone; community support is critical to their success. Auto Insurance Discounters is proud to support Hillcrest Transitional Housing<\/a> — and if you’re interested in helping out, there are plenty of opportunities for you to do just that this fall.<\/p>\n

The 16th Annual Hillcrest Gala & Auction is coming up on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Independence, MO<\/a>. Hillcrest Transitional Housing is looking for event sponsors, as well as donations for the event’s silent auction.<\/p>\n
